When will I receive my products after I place an order?

We’ll need approximately 1-2 business days to process your order and depending on the chosen shipping address, shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes, all of our orders come with a tracking number. You will receive an email notification from us once your item has been shipped.

What if I need to modify my order?

If for any reason you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as you can. One of our trained staff will be happy to help 🙂

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. We’ll be adding more countries very soon!

What currencies do you accept?

We bill in USD. Note that your credit card company may add on additional fees. We are looking into offering additional currency options in the future. Thank you 🙂

How secure is shopping on CamGear+?

Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption (The little green lock in your browser) and we never store your payment information on our servers.

I've received a damaged item, what do I do?

If you’ve received your item in a damaged or unusable state, please read our Return & Refund Policy and contact us immediately, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.

What if I don't like what I bought after I received it?

Unfortunately we can only accept returns and provide a refund for damaged products. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
